Our thinking is based on Currys, these mixtures of spices, herbs, and ingredients of all kinds. Sometimes spicy, sometimes milder but always surprising. Of all origins, India, Japan, Malaysia, Senegal... it's not just Thai that counts!
Around the planet Curry gravitates the tastes that thrill us, the flavors that moved and surprised us.
We discover, we dare, sometimes we make mistakes, we adjust and we make mistakes again, we learn and we go back.
Our formula consists of aFresh Starter and one of our threeCurrys Style with different flavors and characteristics, with beef, chicken or tofu.
Our menu changes and evolves regularly as inspiration arises.
