For three years now, the Ka-bhan adventure has been in full swing. Three years during which our passion for curry has never stopped growing, pushing us to explore ever more distant horizons.

As a dedicated "Currysinier," my mission remains the same: creating and perfecting recipes inspired by the entire world. From the vibrant spices of Southeast Asia to the earthy flavors of Japan and the bold blends of the Indian subcontinent, I draw from every corner of the globe to enrich our menu.

The quality of our ingredients is the foundation of everything I do. I rigorously select each product to ensure flawless authenticity and freshness.

But excellence doesn’t come without trial and error. Sometimes, there are misses—blends that don’t work out the first time. And that is exactly where the beauty of this craft lies: making mistakes, learning, and starting over. It is this artisanal and sincere process that allows us to offer you a culinary experience unlike any other.
